Thank you for choosing LinguaHub. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. All purchases and refunds are processed subject to Paddle’s Consumer Terms and Conditions.

2. Refund Window & Eligibility

You have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. A refund will be guaranteed under the following circumstances:

  • The digital product was never accessed or downloaded.
  • The product is technically defective and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.

3. Accessed or Downloaded Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, if you choose to access or download the product (including eBooks, study guides, and full course materials) within the 14-day cancellation window, you acknowledge and consent that you lose your right to a refund. Refunds for accessed or downloaded products will only be issued if the product is technically defective.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@linguahub.blog with your order number and the reason for your request.
Alternatively, you can contact Paddle's support directly at help@paddle.com.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed directly by Paddle and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards are strictly non-refundable. For discounted bundles, a refund cannot be issued if any part of the bundle has already been accessed or downloaded.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time to remain compliant with our Merchant of Record and local laws. Any changes will be posted on this page.
